German-inspired Oktoberfest pizza with bratwurst, tater tots and bacon, available for a limited time at all 16 Minsky's locations across the Kansas City metro.
Minsky's is bringing back its Oktoberfest Pizza starting October 14, and it's a collaboration with KC Bier Co. that leans hard into the German theme. If you've had it before, you know the drill: it's a seasonal special that runs from mid-October through December 25, so you've got a good couple of months to get your fix before it disappears for the year.
The pizza is built on Minsky's house-made crust, but the sauce is where the partnership really shows. It's a house-made Oktoberfest sauce crafted with seasonal KC Festbier, which gives the whole thing a distinct, malty base. On top of that, they layer Wisconsin Mozzarella and white cheddar cheese curds, then pile on crispy tater tots, chopped bacon, and fresh parsley. The star of the show is a generous helping of sliced KC Bier Co. bratwurst, which ties the whole thing back to the Oktoberfest inspiration.
