Grammy-nominated country artist Aaron Lewis performs his American Tour 2026, blending country hits with Staind classics, at the Ameristar Casino Hotel.
Aaron Lewis and The Stateliners play the Ameristar Casino Hotel in Kansas City on Friday, December 4, as part of his American Tour 2026. If you know him from Staind, this is a different side of the same voice. Lewis is a Grammy-nominated, multi-platinum artist who stepped into country music in 2011 with the gold single "Country Boy," which featured Charlie Daniels on fiddle and George Jones. That was followed by his first full-length solo album, The Road, and later Sinner.
He hasn't left his rock roots behind, though. Even in these country sets, he still plays Staind songs like "Outside," "It's Been Awhile," and "So Far Away," so you'll likely hear a mix of the two eras in one night. The country sound comes from a lifelong connection: he grew up in rural Vermont and spent his summers hunting and fishing with his WWII veteran grandfather. He's cited country legends Merle Haggard and Hank Williams as early influences, and that's the tradition he's working in here.
