Storytime session for babies and toddlers up to 36 months old with stories and crafts at the Warren Branch.
Storytime at Warren is back at the Warren Branch on Wednesday, November 25, from 10:30 to 11:00 AM. It's a half-hour session for babies and toddlers up to 36 months old, and they'll need an adult with them. The morning is built around stories and crafts, so it's as much about the reading as it is about the making.
The Warren Branch is a 16,000-square-foot library serving Warren Township, located at 9701 East 21st Street. It opened in 1974, right next to Lakeside Elementary School and northeast of Warren Central High School. The building has a bit of history behind it: a fire in 1979 forced it to close for seven months, and it went through a $1.1 million renovation completed in 2016, which was the first major overhaul since it first opened. It's a neighborhood spot that's been around for decades, and this is one of the programs it runs for the youngest families in the area.
