Singer-songwriter Maddie Zahm performs live at HI-FI in Indianapolis, with supporting act Semler.
Maddie Zahm plays HI-FI on Wednesday, November 4, with Semler opening. Zahm is an LA-based singer-songwriter born in Idaho, and her lyrics have been described as unapologetic yet compassionate truth-telling. Her music has reached over 345 million streams worldwide, with the single "You Might Not Like Her" hitting the Top 5 of Spotify's US Viral Chart and "Fat Funny Friend" pulling in more than 2 billion views on TikTok. She's shared stages with P!nk and earned nods from NPR, Rolling Stone, Billboard, and People.
She's coming off a run of releases that started with her 2023 debut album, Now That I've Been Honest, followed by the 2024 fan favorite little me. After nearly a year of introspection, she returned with the single "Sheets," which kicked off a headline tour starting in Houston in March 2025. Her new album, Everything All the Time, was produced by Ehren Ebbage and is described as warmer and more expansive than her earlier work. It includes "Hometown Letdown," a song sung from the perspective of people still living in her Idaho hometown.
Zahm points to Mister Rogers as a childhood influence who gave her permission to feel deeply, and that kind of openness runs through the songwriting. The set will draw from the new album, but it'll also reach back to the songs that built her following over the last few years.
