Annual outdoor fall festival for families with trunk-or-treating, crafts, games, a bounce house and food in costume.
All Souls Unitarian Church is hosting its annual All Souls Fall Fest on Saturday, October 24, from 11 AM to 2 PM. It's an outdoor afternoon built for families, and the church invites everyone to show up in costume.
The main draw is the trunk-or-treating, where you can wander from car to car collecting treats. Beyond that, there are crafts and games to keep kids busy, a bounce house for them to burn off some energy, and food to eat while you're there. It's the kind of afternoon where you can let the little ones run around and do their thing while you hang out.
One thing that sets this apart from a lot of neighborhood Halloween events is that it's open to all ages, so it works whether you've got a toddler in a pumpkin suit or a whole crew of older kids. The costume thing is encouraged, too, so if you've been looking for a reason to get the family dressed up before the actual holiday, this is a good spot for it.
