The Psychedelic Furs perform with special guests Living Colour at the House of Blues Houston.
The Psychedelic Furs play House of Blues Houston on Saturday, March 27, 2027, with Living Colour as special guests. It's an all-ages show, so you can bring the kids along if you're into that.
The Furs have been around since the late seventies, led by singer and songwriter Richard Butler and his brother Tim on bass. They built their following by pairing poetic lyrics with innovative rhythms and melodies, all driven by a punk desperation. Over the years, they've put out eight studio albums and a handful of songs that most people recognize: "Love My Way," "Pretty In Pink," "Heaven," "The Ghost In You," and "Heartbreak Beat."
They're still active, too. In 2020, they returned to the UK charts with the album Made Of Rain, so they're not just leaning on the old records. The current touring lineup has Richard Butler on vocals, Tim Butler on bass, Rich Good and Peter DiStephano on guitars, Amanda Kramer on keyboards, and Zachary Alford on drums.

Living Colour opens the night, so you'll get two bands for the price of one. The show starts at 7 PM at House of Blues Houston, 1204 Caroline St. One practical thing to keep in mind: the venue is cashless, so they only take credit, debit, or mobile payāno cash for drinks or merch.
