Halifax's biggest vintage and antiques show gathering sellers from across the Maritimes at the Lighthouse Arts Centre.
The Curio Collective is bringing its Fall Vintage Show to the Lighthouse Arts Centre this weekend, on Saturday, October 3 and Sunday, October 4. It's billed as Halifax's biggest vintage and antiques show, and it earns that by pulling together sellers from across the Maritimes under one roof. If you're into antiques and collectibles, it's a good one to have on your radar.
The show runs from 10:00 am to 5:00 pm both days, so you've got plenty of time to work your way through the tables. The organisers describe it as arts and culture, family-friendly and historical in character, and in the spirit of Peace and Reconciliation, a portion of the door proceeds is donated. It's the kind of event that works just as well if you're hunting for something specific as it does if you're just wandering around to see what turns up.

If you're a serious collector, there's a first-dibs ticket option on Friday, October 2, from 5:00 pm to 8:00 pm, which lets you get in before the general public. Otherwise, the main doors open Saturday morning. Admission is C$5, and children 12 and under get in free. You'll find it at the Lighthouse Arts Centre, 1800 Argyle Street in downtown Halifax.
