Natalie MacMaster & Donnell Leahy and special guest Mary Frances

Natalie MacMaster plays the Light House Arts Centre on Saturday 5 December, as part of the Celtic Family Christmas... Party! series. It's an all-ages evening, so it's the kind of show you can bring the whole family to rather than leaving the kids at home. Seating is reserved, and there's a ticket limit of eight per booking, which keeps the larger groups in check.

MacMaster is a Celtic fiddle artist from Troy, Nova Scotia, and her music reaches across international and Celtic genres. On this bill, she's joined by Donnell Leahy, with Mary Frances as special guest. It's a fiddle-heavy line-up, and with the Celtic Family Christmas... Party! framing, the set will lean into the holiday season.

The show runs from 7:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m., with doors opening at 6:00 p.m. That gives you an hour to get in and find your seats before things get underway. The venue is the Light House Arts Centre, at 1800 Argyle Street in Halifax.
