The Allergies bring their Beneath This Sun live tour to Stereo Cafe Bar in Glasgow City Centre, featuring Andy Cooper, Marietta Smith and James Morton.
The Allergies bring their Beneath This Sun live tour to Stereo Cafe Bar on Saturday 16 January 2027. It's a Glasgow stop on the tour for their 2026 album, Beneath This Sun, which has spent much of the last year as a staple of the UK festival circuit.
Formed in Bristol in 2012, The Allergies are DJ Moneyshot and producer Rackabeat. They've spent more than a decade reshaping vintage sounds for the modern dancefloor, picking up accolades from BBC Radio 6 Music along the way. Their production leans heavily on crate-digging, sampling classic funk, hip-hop and disco, and Beneath This Sun continues that sample-led run. The live show has grown into a full-band powerhouse, adding LA rap legend Andy Cooper of Ugly Duckling, vocalist Marietta Smith and saxophonist James Morton to the mix.
