Alternative rock band South Arcade perform live at the historic Barrowland Ballroom as part of their major UK headline tour.
South Arcade play The Glasgow Barrowland Ballroom on Sunday 14 February 2027, as part of their major UK headline tour. They're an English alt-pop-rock band from Oxford, fronted by Harmony Scott-Russell on vocals, with Harry Winks on guitar, Ollie Green on bass and Cody Jones on drums.
They're one of those bands that grew out of the internet rather than the local circuit. They built their following by posting viral behind-the-scenes rehearsal footage and music clips on social media, turning digital hype into a devoted fanbase. Their sound blends early 2000s nostalgia with modern rock, fusing pop-punk, alternative rock and nu-metal. The single 'Danger' has more than 6 million streams after blowing up on TikTok, and that's the kind of thing they'll be drawing from for the set.
Following breakthrough singles like 'Danger' and 'Stone Cold Summer', they released their debut EP 2005 in 2024, and the follow-up PLAY! after signing to Atlantic Records. They've spent the last couple of years on the road, touring the UK, Europe, Australia and the US throughout 2025 and 2026, which included arena support slots for 5 Seconds of Summer and festival appearances at Download and TRNSMT. This Glasgow date is part of their first major UK headline tour, so they'll be playing their own show rather than opening for someone else.
