Siobhan Miller returns for her biggest Celtic Connections show, bringing her band and special guest Kris Drever to the Barrowland.
Siobhan Miller is back at The Barrowland Ballroom on Saturday 23 January 2027, as part of Celtic Connections. It's her biggest show for the festival so far, following a sold-out night at the Old Fruitmarket in 2026. She'll be performing with her full band, and the set is built around her new album, While We Have the Time, alongside songs from across her records.
The night is described as being built on fiddle and big choruses, and it traces a journey that runs from her first festival appearances as a teenager to standing centre stage at Transatlantic Sessions, with Celtic Connections woven through her musical life. Backing her are Innes White, Charlie Stewart, Tom Gibbs, Louis Abbott, Euan Burton and Niamh Corkey.
Joining her is special guest Kris Drever, known for his work with the folk trio Lau and two decades of acclaimed solo work. He'll be bringing Doing This for Love — described as one of the finest albums of his career — to the stage with the recording musicians: Cahalen Morrison on banjo, Michelle Willis on keys and vocals, Trent Freeman on strings and Rachel Lightbody on vocals.

Between the two of them, it's a night of Scottish folk with the fiddle and the big choruses taking centre stage. The show is for over-14s only, and under-18s must be accompanied by an adult over 18; seating is standing. Tickets are £28.00, which includes the booking fee, and the music starts at 7:30pm.
