Scotland's largest gathering for the construction industry with a speaker programme, interactive sessions and exhibition floor, including the Scottish Housing Summit and Future Talent Hub.
The Scottish Construction Summit is back in Glasgow on Thursday 22 October, this time taking over Hall 5 at the SEC. It's run by Scottish Construction Now, and it's billed as Scotland's largest gathering for the construction industry. If you're in the trade, that's the crowd you'll find there: senior leaders, contractors, developers, consultants, public sector decision-makers and supply chain professionals, all in one room for a full day of insight, innovation and networking.
This is only the summit's second year, but it's already moved to the SEC, a step that reflects its rapid growth and ambition. The expanded format pairs a high-quality speaker programme and interactive sessions with a purpose-built exhibition floor, so you can move between the talks and the stands throughout the day. This edition also introduces two co-located events: the Scottish Housing Summit, a forum for social and affordable housing stakeholders, and the Future Talent Hub, which connects the next generation of construction professionals with the organisations shaping Scotland's built environment. Between the main summit and those two, there's a fair bit to get through.

The day is built for anyone involved in shaping Scotland's built environment, and the SEC is a convenient spot for it. It runs from 9:30 AM to 4:00 PM, with doors opening at 9:00 AM if you want to get in early. It's free to attend, so you can drop in for a few sessions or stay for the whole thing.
