Premier Sports Cup semi-final football match between Rangers and Aberdeen at Hampden Park.
Rangers and Aberdeen meet at Hampden Park on Saturday 31 October for a Premier Sports Cup semi-final, with a 5.30pm kick-off. It's a winner-takes-all tie for a place in the final, and the winner will face either Hearts or Hibs, who play their own semi-final the following day. If it's still level after 90 minutes, the match goes straight to extra time and penalties to decide who goes through.
Rangers arrive here in strong form, unbeaten in ten games across all competitions since Derek McInnes took over from Hearts in the summer. They've also had the better of this particular fixture lately, winning four of their last seven head-to-head meetings with Aberdeen, including a 1-0 win at Pittodrie back on 30 August. Aberdeen manager Stephen Robinson has a decent cup record to lean on, though — he lifted the League Cup with St Mirren last season and reached two finals with Motherwell in 2017-18 — but he's currently working under pressure amid supporter unrest.
If you're not heading to the National Stadium, the match will be broadcast live on Premier Sports 1, with coverage starting from 5pm and free highlights on the channel's YouTube page afterwards. All tickets are digital, issued through the Barclays Hampden app.
