Indie band Overpass from Birmingham perform live at SWG3 Galvanizers, a return to Glasgow following a sold-out show at The Poetry Club.
Overpass are back in Glasgow on Wednesday 28 October, playing SWG3 Galvanizers in the West End. It's their first return to the city since January, when they played a sold-out show at The Poetry Club, and this one is already listed as sold out too.
They're an indie band from Birmingham who formed during lockdown, fronted by Max Newbold on vocals and guitar, with Elliot Rawlings on guitar, India Armstrong on bass and Jake Bishop on drums. Their songs have been described as pulsating with youthful exuberance and the vulnerabilities of young adulthood, and their debut album, Elsewhere, Always, has been in the works. 2025 was a breakout year for them: they sold out two headline tours and played big venues supporting The Wombats, Wunderhorse and Inhaler.
