A selection of local bands perform live at The Poetry Club in SWG3.
Off The Rails brings four local bands to The Poetry Club on Friday 23 October, with Arienas, Discola, Echophoria and First Amendment all on the bill. It's a night built around the city's own, so you'll be seeing four Glasgow acts in one go rather than a single headliner with a few openers. The Poetry Club is the smaller room inside SWG3, which keeps the whole thing in one place.
Arienas, Discola, Echophoria and First Amendment are the four names on the line-up. Each one is a local band, and they're all playing live on the same night. Because they're all from around here, it's a good way to catch several Glasgow acts in one sitting without having to work your way across different dates or venues. The bill is a selection of local bands, and that's the whole of it: four acts, one stage, one night.

It all goes down at The Poetry Club, which is part of the SWG3 complex in the West End. If you've been to SWG3 before, you know the place—The Poetry Club is the smaller, more intimate space within the building, so it's a bit different from the main club. The night starts at 19:00, and it's age 14+, so it's open to a younger crowd as well as the regulars. With four bands on the bill, there's plenty to get through across the evening, and you'll hear from each of them in turn. If you're into the local scene, it's a straightforward one: four Glasgow bands, one room, one night.
