Canadian indie pop musician Mico performs live at Queen Margaret Union as part of his In:Between Tour.
Mico plays the Queen Margaret Union on Tuesday 2 February, part of the In:Between Tour presented by DF Concerts. He'll be joined by special guests, so it's a full night of music rather than just a single set.
If you're not familiar with him, Mico is Miguel Veloso, a Filipino-Canadian alt-pop artist from Toronto who first appeared on the scene in 2019. He works across indie-pop, pop-rock and alt-rock, and there's a nostalgic 2000s feel to it all. He built his following through Discord and Twitch, and you'll probably recognise singles like 'cut my hair' and 'Who Do You Love'.
He released the EP Internet Hometown Hero in 2024, and in 2025 he signed with Columbia Records, a move that's expanded his touring to a global scale. This Glasgow date is one of the stops on that run. The set will draw from his recent work and the earlier singles that first got him noticed.
