Six-man tribute to AC/DC, LiveWire, perform their high-voltage set at Saint Luke's and the Winged Ox.
LiveWire bring their AC/DC tribute to Saint Luke's and the Winged Ox on Friday 18 December, a six-man set that runs through the band's entire recording history. They describe themselves as a hugely successful and unique tribute to AC/DC, whom they call arguably the greatest rock band of all time.
The two-hour high-voltage set works its way from High Voltage, Back in Black and Dirty Deeds through the Bon Scott era and right up to the 2020 release PWR UP. With more than 20 years of touring behind them, the show leans on the band's own stage production, including cannons and a full bank of Marshall amps.
On stage, the line-up is Podge Blacksmith as Brian Johnson, Simon Davies as Angus Young, Dan Mosley as Malcolm Young, Eddie Clark as Cliff Williams and Paul Alwin on drums. The night is strictly for over-18s.
