Graham Gouldman, co-founder of 10cc, performs hits including 'I'm Not in Love' and 'Dreadlock Holiday' with Heart Full of Songs.
Graham Gouldman plays Saint Luke's & The Winged Ox on Thursday 22 October, with his band Heart Full of Songs. It's a Glasgow date on a tour that leans heavily on the 10cc songbook, the band Gouldman co-founded back in the seventies.
If you're not familiar with the name, you'll know the songs. The set draws on the 10cc catalogue, and the big ones are all in there: 'Rubber Bullets', 'Donna', 'Art For Art's Sake', 'Dreadlock Holiday', 'The Wall Street Shuffle', 'Life Is A Minestrone', 'The Things We Do For Love' and 'I'm Not In Love'. It's a run of songs that covers a lot of ground, from the pop-chart hits to the more eccentric, art-school side of the band.
Heart Full of Songs is the live incarnation of 10cc that Gouldman now fronts. He's spent the last few years playing these songs across Europe and beyond, and in 2025 he was awarded an MBE for services to music in the King's Birthday Honours List. The tour title, Heart Full of Songs, is his own joke — a nod to the fact that they're out doing it all over again, and a reference to the band's album Our Bloody Tourists.
