Country sensation Kaylee Rose brings her hit songs and Nashville sound to King Tut's Wah Wah Hut.
Kaylee Rose plays King Tut's Wah Wah Hut on Wednesday 3 February, bringing her Nashville sound to the city centre. She's a Florida-born, Nashville-based independent country singer-songwriter who cut her teeth on Nashville's Broadway strip, and she's touring the US, the UK and Europe this winter.
She describes herself as a songwriter first, blending tongue-in-cheek personality with honest, relatable storytelling. It's a career she's built as a fully independent artist, amassing more than 150 million streams and millions of followers on social media. She's known for a magnetic personality, infectious melodies and a high-energy live show that leans on funny crowd banter and emotional connection with the audience. Before this, she opened for major acts like Morgan Wallen and Kip Moore.
There's new material on the horizon, too: she's planning a new EP this autumn, which she's working on while touring across the US, the UK and Europe. The Glasgow date falls into that run, so you'll likely hear some of the songs from the new record alongside the ones that have built her following.
