Tennessee folk sensation Josiah Leming brings his new electric sound as part of The Redline Europe Tour.
Josiah & The Bonnevilles play King Tut's Wah Wah Hut on Tuesday 3 November, with special guests opening the night. The Glasgow date is part of The Redline Europe Tour, and it's a bit of a shift from where the project started.
Josiah & The Bonnevilles is the moniker of Josiah Leming, an American indie-folk singer-songwriter from Morristown, Tennessee. He's a self-taught musician who began playing piano at eight and writing songs at thirteen, and his early career saw him travelling across the US, even living in his car to play shows. After major label deals and independent releases, he gained significant momentum with the 2023 album Endurance.
His 2026 follow-up, As Is, recorded with producer Konrad Snyder, marks a move towards a more electric and up-tempo sound. The songs are built on authentic storytelling and working-class narratives, delivered through his signature vulnerable vocals. The band's identity is rooted in the name itself: "Hi, I'm Josiah, you all are the Bonnevilles. I'm nothing without you."
