American singer-songwriter Jenna Raine performs live at Oran Mor in Glasgow.
Jenna Raine plays Òran Mór on Thursday 19 November, with the show starting at 7pm. It's a solo night, so the whole set is her own.
She's an American singer-songwriter from Westlake, Texas, and the solo path has been her main thing for a while. She first realised she wanted to do music after a performance in her third-grade talent show, and from there she started writing her own songs and teaching herself guitar, piano and ukulele. That self-taught start still sits at the core of how she works.
She rose to solo prominence with her 2021 breakout hit 'see you later (ten years)', and signed with Warner Records, where she released her debut album Jeans, Boys & Jesus. Before that, she was a member of the all-girl pop group L2M, so this is a different side of her career from the group days.
