Live music gig by the Glasgow indie rock band High Fade at Oran Mor.
High Fade play Òran Mór on Saturday 28 November, their only Scottish show for the rest of the year. It's a return to the West End for the Glasgow trio, who've played the venue before and sold it out, so it's worth getting your tickets in early if you're planning to go.
The band is made up of Harry Valentino on guitar and vocals, Oliver Sentance on bass and Calvin Davidson on drums. They've built their sound on a more traditional, offline way of learning their craft, feeding off the unpredictable crowd interactions that come with street shows and busking. That background comes through in the live set — it's a band that's spent as much time playing for people on the street as they have in a studio, and they've kept that sensibility as they've grown.
They're currently on their USA tour, and this is the only Scottish date they've announced for the remainder of 2026, so it's the only chance to catch them on home soil until next year. If you've seen them before, you'll know the sort of thing to expect; if not, it's a good place to start.
