The Glasgow International Comedy Festival returns with stand-up stars across stages across the city, featuring international and UK comedy talent.
The Glasgow International Comedy Festival returns from Wednesday 10 March to Sunday 28 March 2027, with shows spread across venues all over the city. It's one of the biggest comedy festivals in the UK and the biggest dedicated one in Scotland, and over two decades it's brought together international names, UK circuit regulars and homegrown talent. The programme runs from stand-up and sketch to improv, musicals and live podcasts, so there's a good bit of ground to cover.
At the SEC Armadillo, Daniel Sloss brings Bitter, Connor Burns does Flow and Morgan Jay performs La Dolce Vita. Jimeoin is there with Ballyhoo! and Fascinating Aïda with Bawdacious!. Over at King's Theatre, Alan Carr performs Have I Said Too Much. Blackfriars Basement hosts Susie McCabe with Myth Informed and Rowan Hackett with Brewed. Oran Mor has a busy run: Chris Forbes with Father Christmas, Craig Hill with You're Not Even Safe Up The Back and Seann Walsh with This is Torture. Mike Wozniak takes The Bench to the Citizens Theatre, while David Elms Describes a Room at The Old Hairdresser's. Down at Cathcart Bowling Club, Shane Daniel Byrne does Baby This Time and Luke Mindwalker performs Hypnotised!.
