Del Amitri celebrate 40 years of hits with their Past To Present tour over three nights at the Barrowland.
Del Amitri are returning to the Glasgow Barrowland Ballroom for three nights this December: Tuesday 8th, Wednesday 9th and Thursday 10th. It's part of their Past To Present tour, which they're taking across Scotland to mark four decades of their songs, stories and live shows.
They describe the tour as a celebration of a catalogue that has soundtracked generations, and these Glasgow dates are the culmination of the Scottish run. The whole thing is presented by Regular Music, and the three nights at the Barrowland are the final stop on that stretch of dates. If you've followed them since the early days, the Past To Present title tells you exactly what to expect: a set that looks back across the years rather than focusing on one particular era.
It's a homecoming of sorts, too. The band calls the Barrowland their spiritual home, so playing three nights there is a deliberate choice for the tour's finale. The three-night run means you've a few options for when to catch them, rather than just one date to work around.
