Philadelphia rock singer-songwriter Dave Hause brings his rock and roll anthems to Oran Mor, supported by Sincere Engineer.
Dave Hause plays Oran Mor on Sunday 17 January, with Sincere Engineer supporting. Hause is a Philadelphia songwriter who also fronts The Loved Ones, and he's been writing and recording with his younger brother Tim since 2017's Bury Me In Philly. The two run their own label, too.
His fifth solo album, Blood Harmony (2019), took its title from the term for the sound two siblings make when they sing together, and it came out a few months after he became a father to twins. He produced the record with Nashville songwriter Will Hoge, who put together a session band that included Chris Powell, Garry Tallent, Tom Bukovac, Sadler Vaden and Jen Gunderman.
During the coronavirus outbreak, Hause and Tim recorded the Patty/Paddy tribute EPs, dedicated to Patty Griffin and Dillinger Four's Patrick 'Paddy' Costello'.
