A live, multi-sensory candlelight concert tribute to Fleetwood Mac performed by The Quartet Scotland in a historic Victorian venue.
The Quartet Scotland are playing a Candlelight: Tribute to Fleetwood Mac at The Merchants House of Glasgow on Saturday 31 October, with the set reimagining Fleetwood Mac's songs for a string quartet. It's a tribute, not a performance by the band themselves, and it's part of the Candlelight series that puts live music in historic spaces under candlelight.
The venue is the Grand Hall of The Merchants House of Glasgow, at 7 West George Street in the city centre. It's a Victorian building designed by John Burnet and opened in 1874, with ornate ceilings, stained-glass windows and a sweeping marble staircase. It holds 200 people, so it's a relatively small room for a city-centre spot. The performance is a tribute and isn't affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by the artist, their estate or official representatives.
