A multi-sensory musical candlelight tribute to favourite Christmas movie soundtracks performed by Fever.
Candlelight: Christmas Movie Soundtracks comes to The Merchants House on Saturday 12 December, part of the Candlelight concert series that puts live music in unusual locations under the glow of candlelight. This one is a tribute to Christmas movie soundtracks, so the whole set is built around the music from a few different holiday favourites.
The programme pulls from a fair spread of films. You'll hear 'White Christmas' from Holiday Inn, and 'Christmas Time Is Here' and 'Skating' from A Charlie Brown Christmas. 'Rudolph the Red-Nosed Reindeer' and The Nightmare Before Christmas both get a look-in, as does 'Believe' from The Polar Express. 'You're a Mean One Mr. Grinch' from How the Grinch Stole Christmas! is on there, alongside 'Carol of the Bells' from Home Alone and 'All I Want for Christmas Is You' from Love Actually.

It's a multi-sensory thing, which is how they describe the whole series — the music is the main event, but the candlelight is part of the draw. The venue is The Merchants House of Glasgow, at 7 West George Street in the city centre, G2 1BA. It starts at 8.30pm.
