Festival-exclusive co-headline performance bringing together two of the UK's emerging songwriting voices, presented by Celtic Connections.
Amelia Coburn and Iona Zajac share a bill at Oran Mor on Thursday 28 January, a co-headline show presented as part of Celtic Connections. It's a festival-exclusive pairing, so this is the one night you'll find the two of them on the same stage. The bill is rounded out with support, and the whole thing sits within the wider Celtic Connections programme, which runs across the city throughout January.
Coburn and Zajac are both emerging songwriting voices from the UK, and the co-headline format gives them equal space rather than one opening for the other. The festival-exclusive tag means this particular pairing isn't part of a wider tour, so it's a one-off for the Glasgow dates. If you've been following either of them separately, this is a chance to hear them together in the same room.

Oran Mor is up at the top of Byres Road in the West End, so it's a bit of a trek from the city centre, but it's a well-known spot for music and arts. Doors open at 19:00, and the night is presented by Celtic Connections, the folk festival that takes over Glasgow every January. General admission tickets are £22 including fees, with a £20 face value.
