A 60-minute Tibetan singing bowl sound bath led by Elena Citarella of Yellow Souls Studio, with a grounding meditation and breathwork before the Christmas rush.
Elena Citarella is running a Tibetan singing bowl sound bath at 40 Constitution St in Leith on Sunday 13 December, from 5:30pm to 6:30pm. It's a single hour, and she frames it as a pause to take before the Christmas rush properly kicks in.
The session follows a set sequence. It opens with a gentle grounding meditation and some breathwork to settle you in, then moves into the Tibetan bowl sound bath itself, where you'll be invited to set an intention for the month ahead. It closes with a ritual to bring things back down. Citarella describes the whole thing as a space to slow down, release tension and reconnect before the holiday break, and you don't need any prior experience with meditation or sound baths to join in.
