Seventh edition of the European Chatbot & Agentic AI Summit, a conference and exhibition on conversational and agentic AI with more than 700 attendees.
The European Chatbot & Agentic AI Summit is coming to the John McIntyre Conference Centre at the University of Edinburgh from 16 to 18 March 2027. It's the seventh edition of the summit, which has been running since 2021 and is billed as Europe's leading Agentic AI event. It usually draws more than 700 global leaders, AI pioneers, and industry innovators, alongside executives and adopters of conversational AI, agentic AI, generative AI, chatbots, voice technology, and conversation design.
The summit kicks off with a pre-conference day on 16 March, followed by the main conference on 17 and 18 March. The 2027 agenda covers AI sovereignty and digital autonomy, enterprise-grade agentic AI, AI safety and governance, agentic AI in customer service, multi-modal agents, the future of work, and AI in finance, banking, and insurance. There's also a focus on measuring the ROI of agentic AI and chatbots, with sponsored sessions from partner companies. The Scottish Government powers the summit.
Behind it all is The European Chatbot LTD, who run international conferences across Europe and the UAE to highlight the latest trends and applications in the field. The summit is a gathering of people working across conversational AI, agentic AI, generative AI, chatbots, voice technology, and conversation design, so it's a good spot to see where the industry is heading.
