Family-friendly Halloween afternoon with face painting, spooky tattoos, balloon fun and live entertainment run by Imaginex.
Imaginex are running a family Halloween afternoon at YOTEL Edinburgh on 31 October, from 12pm to 2pm. It's a two-hour session set up for families and children, so it's a daytime thing rather than a late one — easy enough to fit in before the actual trick-or-treating starts later in the evening.
The afternoon is built around a few different activities running alongside each other. There's Halloween face painting and spooky temporary tattoos for the kids to get sorted, and balloon fun to keep them occupied. On top of that, there's live entertainment throughout the session, so it's not just a few tables of crafts — there's a performance element to it too. And if you've already got the costumes ready, there's the chance to turn up in a Halloween outfit.
It's run by Imaginex, who are the ones behind the whole thing, and it's held in the Imaginex space within YOTEL Edinburgh, at 68-73 Queen Street in the New Town. The session runs for about two hours, so it's a fairly self-contained afternoon rather than something you'll be spending the whole day at.
