GetSocial Halloween Fancy Dress | Meet New People

GetSocial Edinburgh are hosting a Halloween fancy dress social at Manahatta on Friday 30 October, starting at 19:00. It's a fancy dress night, so the costume is part of the evening, and they've booked the downstairs room exclusively for the occasion. The music is kept at a conversational volume, so you can actually talk to the people you're meeting rather than shouting over a DJ.

GetSocial Edinburgh 20s-40s is a social group for young professionals in their twenties, thirties and forties. They run a wide range of events throughout the year — drinks socials, hikes and outdoor adventures, fitness and wellbeing sessions, game nights, comedy nights and craft nights. It's pitched at new residents and long-time locals alike, with the aim of helping people find like-minded company and make lasting friendships. The organisers explicitly state that it is not a dating group, and more than half the guests turn up solo, with many attending their first GetSocial event. This Halloween night is set up as a fun, easygoing evening of drinks and costumes in a safe, inclusive space.
