Festive family pantomime by St Serf's Players retelling the tale of Sleeping Beauty, with audience participation, songs and action.
St Serf's Players are back at Inverleith St Serf's Church Centre with Sleeping Beauty, their festive panto for the year. It runs from Wednesday 2nd to Saturday 5th December, four nights in total, so it's a short window if you're planning to go.
It's the story you know: the princess who survives the evil witch and the baddies, watched over by Fairy Lilac, her rainbow fairies, and her friends Muddles and Nurse Hettie Harpic. The production leans on audience participation, songs and action to carry the story, and it's billed as a festive panto for all the family.

Tickets are £12 for adults and £6 for under-18s, with a family ticket for two adults and two children at £30. The show runs at 7.30pm from Wednesday to Friday, and on Saturday there's a 2pm matinee followed by a 6.30pm evening performance. That's five shows over the four nights, so you've got a few different slots to choose from. You'll find it at Inverleith St Serf's Church Centre, 1a Clark Road, Edinburgh North EH5 3BD.
