Halloween party night with DJs, drinks and canapes at Cafe Calton on Calton Hill, a limited-ticket standing event for adults over 21.
Cafe Calton is hosting House of Cards, its Halloween party, on Saturday 31 October. It's a one-night-only thing, and the venue is leaning into its darker side for the occasion, with DJs, drinks, canapés and a few surprises on the night. The room sits atop Calton Hill, overlooking Edinburgh, and by day it's a spot for seasonal menus from morning coffee through to sunset. Beyond its daily service, it hosts private events and wedding ceremonies with the city skyline as a backdrop.
There's a dress code this time around: 'High Stakes' in red, black and gold, taking inspiration from a playing card—anything from the Queen of Hearts to the Ace of Spades, or just adding your own Halloween touch. It's a limited-ticket standing event with very restricted capacity and only limited seating, so it'll be a tight room. It's strictly 21+, and you'll need a valid physical ID to get in.
