Grade 3 padel tournament held at the Thistle Padel Club in Edinburgh.
Game4Padel is hosting a Game4Padel Tour event on Saturday 31 October, with the Grade 3 category taking centre stage. It's part of the wider tour they run, and this particular stop is set for the Grade 3 bracket, so it's aimed at players who've got a decent handle on the game and are looking for a competitive day out rather than a casual hit.
The tournament takes place at G4P - Thistle Padel Club, over at the Recreation Ground in Edinburgh (EH14 1JF). If you've never been, it's a dedicated padel setup with two covered courts, which is a bit of a relief when the Scottish weather decides to be itself in late October. Having the courts covered means you're not at the mercy of the wind or rain, so you can focus on the match rather than the forecast.
As for the format, it's a Grade 3 event, which puts it in a specific competitive tier within the Game4Padel Tour. If you've played in their other categories, you'll know the drill: you'll be matched up against players of a similar level, so the games should stay competitive throughout the day. It's a good way to see how you stack up against other local players without ending up in a mismatch.

One thing to keep in mind: the full programme and draw aren't confirmed for this edition yet, so the exact schedule is still a bit up in the air. If you're planning your weekend around it, it's worth checking back closer to the time to see how the brackets shake out. In the meantime, the date is set for Saturday 31 October at the Recreation Ground.
