Two-day Halloween edition trading card show with Pokémon, graded cards and sealed product, with kids 10 and under free.
Edinburgh Card Fest returns for a Halloween edition at Scottish Gas Murrayfield Stadium on Saturday 31 October and Sunday 1 November, running from 10am to 4pm both days. It's a two-day trading card game show run by CARDiff Card Show, and the Halloween theme is right there in the name.
Inside, the dealer tables will be the main draw, with Pokémon taking a prominent spot among them. The organisers have pitched it as a spooky edition with double the binders, double the graded cards, double the sealed product and, most importantly, double the fun. Fancy dress isn't compulsory, but they're definitely encouraging it, so if you've got a costume you've been waiting for an excuse to wear, this is a good shout. They describe the show as being for art lovers, trade professionals, collectors and exhibition enthusiasts, which covers a fair bit of ground—whether you're there to hunt for a specific card, trade with other collectors, or just browse the tables.
