Drop-in Activity: HeART Lab

HeART Lab is back at the Physicians' Gallery in Edinburgh on Tuesday 16 February, starting at 11:00. It's a drop-in activity, which is the key thing to keep in mind: there's no fixed start or end time to work around, so you can just turn up when it suits you and stay for as long as you fancy.

If you're not familiar with the name, the HeART Lab is exactly what it sounds like — a space where art and health cross over. It's a drop-in session, so it's not a formal class or a performance you sit through; it's more about getting stuck in and making something yourself. The whole thing is free, so you don't need to worry about tickets or booking ahead — you just show up and get involved.

The venue is the Physicians' Gallery, tucked away in the city centre. It's a gallery space, so it's a bright, open spot to spend a bit of time in, and because it's a drop-in, you're welcome to pop in for a quick half-hour or settle in for the morning. If you're around Edinburgh on a Tuesday and fancy a bit of making without any pressure, it's a good one to have on your radar.

To recap: HeART Lab at the Physicians' Gallery, Tuesday 16 February, from 11:00. It's free, and since it's a drop-in, you can just wander in whenever you're ready.
