Drink & Draw / Edinburgh Illustrator Meetup

Drink & Draw returns to Bellfield Brewery on Thursday 5 November, from 7pm to 10pm. It's an illustrator meetup run by Rough Draft, Edinburgh's group for illustrators, and it sits within The AOI's Meet Ups collection.

The evening is built around low-pressure drawing, with optional prompts to get you started if you're staring at a blank page. It's as much about the drawing as it is about the people: a chance to meet new faces and catch up with familiar ones from the local illustration community. You're encouraged to bring your own sketchbook and drawing materials, so you can work in whatever way suits you best.

Rough Draft welcomes illustrators from all backgrounds, styles and experience levels, and you don't need to be an AOI member to join in. Whether you're a professional, a student, or someone who just draws for yourself, the door is open. You can follow the group at @roughdraft_edi on Instagram to keep up with what they're doing.

It all goes down at Bellfield Brewery - Taproom & Beer Garden, 46 Stanley Place, Edinburgh EH7 5TB, on Thursday 5 November, 7pm to 10pm.
