Hands-on Thai cooking masterclass for two at Chaophraya, with a welcome drink, a chef demonstration and a meal of what you make.
Chaophraya is running its Thai cooking masterclass in Edinburgh on Tuesday 27 October, and it's set up for two people to do together. It's one of their Sunday sessions, which they run throughout the year, and the whole thing takes about two and a half hours, including the health and safety briefing at the start.
The session is led by professional chefs who teach you the art of Thai cooking. It kicks off with a welcome drink, then moves into a demonstration where you see how things are done before you get stuck in yourself. You'll prepare a starter and a main, and once you've finished, you sit down and eat what you've made. All the equipment and aprons are provided, so you don't need to bring anything but yourself.
It's an over-18s experience, and the voucher is valid for 12 months from the date of purchase, which gives you plenty of room to pick a Sunday that works. To give you an idea of what you might end up making, one guest at their Glasgow venue recalled cooking spring rolls and red curry back in July 2026, and they took the leftovers home afterwards.
