D.O.D plays Mission Ballroom on Friday, November 13, starting at 9 PM. D.O.D is the stage name of Dan O'Donnell, a British DJ and producer from Lancaster who calls his sound 'Future Jack.' He broke through in 2014 with Flashing Lights, a collaboration with Laidback Luke on Mixmash Records, and was later signed by Axwell to Axtone Records, where 2017's Sixes helped define his thunderous style.
On stage, he works with three or four CDJs, a DJM900, and an RMX-1000, and he mixes in his own edits and bootlegs. His career has taken him to festivals like Tomorrowland, Creamfields, Ultra Miami, Nameless Festival, Parookaville, Medusa, Balaton Sound, and Womb, as well as London's Ministry of Sound. His ADE showcase, D.O.D & Friends, donated all proceeds to the mental health charity Mind.
