A jazz and roots music celebration featuring George Cables, Gonzalo Teppa, Linda Theus-Lee, and Frontier Ruckus, with craft cocktails, food trucks and gelato.
The Savoy hosts the 2nd Ever Five Points Live! Jazz & Roots Celebration on Saturday, October 10, with doors opening at 5 PM and the music running through 10 PM. It's a night built around four acts: George Cables with Gonzalo Teppa, Linda Theus-Lee, Frontier Ruckus, and the Laurie D Jazz Duo, who'll be playing on the mezzanine during the set breaks.
Five Points Live! started in May 2016 as a neighborhood music series celebrating the cultural and musical history of Denver's Five Points. In October 2025, it marked its 10th season with a sold-out anniversary concert at The Savoy, which honored the neighborhood's legacy through jazz, world folk, blues, and funk. This second jazz and roots celebration is part of the Five Points Jazz program, with the Five Points Business Improvement District involved and funding coming from Denver Arts & Venues.

Beyond the music, the night is set up as a party as much as a concert. There will be craft cocktails, a food truck, and gelato available on site, so you can eat and drink throughout the evening rather than just grabbing a drink at the bar. Doors open at 5 PM, and the music runs until 10 PM.
