Metalcore band With Hope Intact performs live at AM/FM Backyard in Dallas.
With Hope Intact play AM/FM Backyard on Sunday, November 15, starting at 7 PM. It's a hometown show for the Dallas metalcore outfit, and they're the only name on the bill.
The band formed in 2020 out of the ashes of another Dallas group, The Drop Dead Deadlys, which was started by brothers Kary and Curtis 'Dizzy' Patoni. They later added guitarist Nick Sparks and vocalist Alexis Buell-Banfield, and with that lineup, they shifted their sound toward a more melodic, modern metalcore built on heavy riffs, atmospheric textures, and crushing breakdowns. They describe it as "melodic, but still packs a punch."
They've spent the last couple of years playing high-profile stages, including Summer Slaughter 2024, the Dallas stop of Signs of the Swarm's Decade of the Swarm Tour, and Nekrogoblikon's Show Us Your Goblin Tour. A debut EP was anticipated for mid-2025, so this set should pull from that material.
