Pegasus specializes in Neapolitan-style 12-inch pizzas, and they run a full bar with a wine program that includes six wines on tap and ten by the glass. The menu pairs the classics—Margherita, Pepperoni, Sausage and Carne-sopresetta—with more adventurous options like BBQ Brisket, Garden and Buffalo Chicken.
