The Tabasco Birds

The Tabasco Birds play the Bud Light Stage at the State Fair of Texas on Tuesday, October 6, at 6 PM. It's one of the music dates during the fair's 2026 run, which opened on September 25 and runs for 24 days.

This year, the fairgrounds are programming three stages focused on local music. The Bud Light Stage is one of them; the others are the White Claw Spotlight Stage, presented in partnership with the Dallas Music Office, and the Ziegenbock Stage, a new addition for 2026 that opens inside the newly renovated Old Mill Inn. The latter two stages extend the fair's ongoing collaboration with State Fair Records, the East Dallas label that selects both up-and-coming and established Texas musicians for the fair.

Since the fair runs from late September through October, the music is spread across the full 24-day exposition. The Tabasco Birds take the Bud Light Stage on October 6, so if you're already heading to the fairgrounds, it's a good time to stop by. The set starts at 6 PM.
