Concert by the Los Angeles ska-punk quartet The Interrupters at the House of Blues Dallas.
The Interrupters play the House of Blues Dallas on Tuesday, March 23, 2027. It's a single-bill night with the Los Angeles quartet taking the whole stage, so the set will be theirs from start to finish.
If you're not familiar with them, they're a four-piece fronted by Aimee Interrupter, with the Bivona brothers—Kevin on guitar, Justin on bass, and Jesse on drums—rounding out the lineup. The three brothers were mainstays in Tim Armstrong's Tim Timebomb And Friends before they formed this band in 2011. Armstrong has stayed close ever since, acting as mentor, producer, and what he calls an honorary "fifth Interrupter."
Their sound draws from two specific eras: the 1980s 2 Tone ska movement and the 1990s punk-rock resurgence. They released a self-titled debut in 2014, followed by Say It Out Loud in 2016 and Fight The Good Fight in 2018, all on Hellcat Records, Armstrong's imprint through Epitaph. They've toured widely since then, with a stint on the Vans Warped Tour and support slots for Rancid, Bad Religion, and Green Day.
