Switchfoot performs live on their 'The Forever Now Tour' with special guest Anberlin at the AT&T Performing Arts Center.
Switchfoot play AT&T Performing Arts Center - Strauss Square on Sunday, November 15, as part of their Forever Now tour. They're bringing along Florida-bred Anberlin as a special guest, so it's a double bill rather than a single act.
Switchfoot is a San Diego quintet made up of brothers and long-time collaborators â Jon Foreman, Tim Foreman, Boaz Roberts, Jerome Fontamillas, and Chad Butler. They've been together nearly three decades, and the numbers back up the longevity: more than 10 million albums sold, including the triple platinum The Beautiful Letdown and the GRAMMY-winning Hello Hurricane, and over five million tickets sold across more than 40 countries. This tour is built around their fourteenth studio album, Forever Now, produced by Mike Elizondo.
That record follows a bit of a gap. After 2017's Where the Light Shines Through, the band took a hiatus before returning with 2019's Native Tongue, an album Jon Foreman built around his philosophy that joy is the answer to why. Forever Now is the latest chapter in that sequence, and it's what they're touring now. Off stage, the band's Bro-Am Foundation has raised over $3 million over the last 20 years for at-risk youth in San Diego.
