Interactive Halloween event where you mix a potion-inspired mocktail and decorate pumpkins with Netflix-inspired designs.
Netflix House Dallas is hosting Pumpkins and Potions on Friday, October 9, a Halloween-themed event that lets you get your hands on two different activities in one go. It's an interactive setup, so you're not just watching something happen—you're the one doing the mixing and the decorating.
The first half of the event is all about the drinks. You'll mix your own potion-inspired mocktail, a non-alcoholic drink that plays into the Halloween theme. Since you're making it yourself, you can see how it comes together rather than just ordering it from a menu. It's a good way to kick things off before you move on to the more creative side of the night.
From there, you'll spend some time decorating pumpkins. The designs are Netflix-inspired, so you'll be working with characters and motifs from the shows and movies you've probably spent plenty of time watching. You get to take your pumpkin home when you're done, which is a nice way to keep the night going after you leave the venue.

Between the mocktail and the pumpkin, it's a couple of hours of doing rather than just sitting. If you're looking for something to do in Dallas that's more about making things than just showing up, this is a solid choice for a Friday night. Pumpkins and Potions runs on October 9 at Netflix House Dallas.
