Public Image Ltd. - This Is Not The Last Tour

Public Image Ltd. play The Echo Lounge & Music Hall on Wednesday, February 24, 2027. The Dallas date is part of This Is Not The Last Tour, an all-ages show with support acts still to be announced.

For those who only know the name from the history books, PiL is the band John Lydon formed after his time fronting the Sex Pistols. They've put out five UK Top 20 singles and five UK Top 20 albums, and their sound has always been hard to pin down—they pulled from rock, dance, folk, pop, and dub, and they didn't stop there. The run started with their debut, First Issue, in 1978, and they toured through 1992's That What Is Not before going quiet for seventeen years.

Lydon brought the band back in 2009, and since then they've released This is PiL in 2012, What The World Needs Now... in 2015, and End of World in 2023. The current lineup is Lydon on vocals, Lu Edmonds on guitar, Scott Firth on bass, and Mark Roberts on drums. Between the early records and the more recent albums, there's a lot of ground they can cover in a single set.

Doors open at 7 PM and the show starts at 8 PM. It's an all-ages show, so you can bring whoever you want. The venue is The Echo Lounge & Music Hall at 1323 N Stemmons Fwy in Dallas.
