Muscadine Bloodline

Muscadine Bloodline play the State Fair Of Texas on Friday, October 16, at 7:45 PM. It's a single-act bill, so the duo is the only thing on the program.

Muscadine Bloodline is an Alabama-born duo, Charlie Muncaster and Gary Stanton, who have been playing together since 2015. Their sound pulls from Gulf Coast roots, sharp storytelling, and a laid-back swagger. They're coming off a platinum-certified breakout single, "Porch Swing Angel," and have toured with Lainey Wilson and Post Malone.

Their latest album, Longleaf Lo-fi, leans into the raw, stripped-back side of their sound. It's a different gear than the bigger, polished side of country, and it's the record they're touring right now. Between that and the older material, you'll get a look at where they started and where they're at now.
