Five-day HYROX fitness race with eight rounds of a one-kilometre run and a functional workout station, the biggest edition the city has hosted.
HYROX Dallas 2026 takes over the Kay Bailey Hutchison Convention Center from Wednesday, November 18, to Sunday, November 22. That's five full days of racing, and it's the biggest the city has hosted so farโthe 2024/2025 edition only ran for three. The action is spread across Exhibit Halls A, B, and C, plus the C Ballroom at 650 S Griffin St.
If you've never seen it, HYROX is a standardized indoor fitness race that mixes running with functional workout stations. The course is eight kilometers, split into eight rounds: a one-kilometer run followed by a functional station. You'll hit a 1000m SkiErg, a 50m sled push, a 50m sled pull, 80m of burpee broad jumps, a 1000m row, a 200m farmers carry, 100m of sandbag lunges, and 100 wall balls. The average finisher takes around 90 minutes, there's no time cap, and the finish rate is over 99 percent.
There's a division for almost every level. Open has moderate weights, Pro bumps those up, and then there are Doubles, Pro Doubles, Relay, and Age Group. Dallas has been one of the sport's flagship US stops since it expanded to North America, and this five-day run is the largest version the city has seen.

For context, HYROX started in 2017 with a first event in Hamburg, Germany, that drew 650 participants. It's grown from there, and the 2025/2026 season is projected to reach more than 1.3 million starters. Singles entries typically run from $90 to $130, with Doubles and Relay priced per team, and spectator tickets sold separately.
